2015 summary and commendation conference for labor emulation of major projects is held by CNQC
In the morning of March 3, 2015 summary and commendation conference for labor emulation of major projects is held ceremoniously in conference room on first floor. Chairman of municipal federation of trade unions Liang Haiquan has been invited to attend the conference, and more than fifty persons including, all members of emulation committee of the Group, leaders assigned with certain responsibilities in branches of the Group, persons in charge of informatization and trade union, and project manager participating in emulation attend the conference. The conference is hosted by Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of Qingdao Construction Group Co., Ltd., and Chairman of trade union Liu Zhouxue.
Vice-president of Qingdao Construction Group Co., Ltd. Sun Jun makes summary report of labor emulation work of the Group. The report indicates that through implementation of labor emulation, awareness of construction period of project department is greatly strengthened, methods for management during the period are continuously innovated and informatization management awareness is deeply rooted among the people. SHOWLANDXANADU Project II is rewarded the first prize, Kowloon Community and Dianzi district reconstruction project is rewarded second prize, Projects of Wankezitai Phase I, No. 33 Jinhua road and Yinshengtai langqinhai are rewarded the third prize respectively, three projects such as Municipal Hospital (East) Phase II are rewarded excellent prize. Representatives of six projects that are rewarded the first prize, second prize and the third prize has made emulation experience sharing; Vice-president of Qingdao Construction Group Co., Ltd. Lin Li reads out commendation documents. During conference, trophy and certificate are issued to nine projects awarded with the first prize, second prize and the third prize in emulation.
CEO of Qingjian Group Zhao Shunting expresses gratitude to assistance and support given by municipal federation of trade unions in the speech, and expresses hope and requirements for future works in respects of important significance of improving the whole project management level of the Group and emulation summary, etc. Vice-chairman Liang Haiquan highly appreciates achievements obtained by the Group in labor emulation, and provides higher retirements for project management of the Group, and requires all members to always pay close attention to safety and ensure no safety accidents during production so as to make more contributions to project and the Group.
The labor emulation is jointly organized by information center, Engineering Department and trade union, and was started from October 10, 2015 till January 20, 2016 (100 days), the Group has 18 projects participated in emulation, and has obtained good results. Experiences of obtaining success in emulation also provide good reference and instruction for improvement of the whole project management level and future emulation organization of the Group.
