Commencement of the U.S. Maryland real estate project

　　At 11 am on March 18, 2016 (America Eastern Standard Time), commencement ceremony of the U.S. Maryland real estate development project is held on project site. CEO of U.S. Maryland Development Company of Singapore SED Group Chen Tongwu and General Manager of CNQC INTERNATIONAL (U.S.) HOLDINGS LIMITED Zhu Maoheng et al. conduct foundation laying ceremony for the project.

　　Senior commercial development representative of competent department of Maryland commerce department construction Osterman Tamar, Senior Vice President of Shore Bank acting as financing and lending bank Pearsall John, General Manager of subsequent commercial housing developer NVR.INC et al. attend commencement ceremony.

　　The project is located in Frederick county of U.S. Maryland, and is developed jointly with cooperation and investment from CNQC INTERNATIONAL (U.S.) HOLDINGS LIMITED and U.S. Maryland Development Company of Singapore SED Group. The project occupies 197 acre with scheduled construction period of 66 months, development and construction contents of the project include: 443 residences with property rights, 210 town houses and 200 houses for the elderly, etc.
